Subscription Process |
- Insight Fund subscription forms will be received by Banque Misr with its wide branch network (470 Branches) available all over Egypt till 2:00 PM:
- During the Initial Public Offering, subscription forms will be received during all working days
- After Closing, subscription forms will be received during the first working day of every week
- The investor fills out the subscription form stating the required investment amount in the presence of Banque Misr’s customer services representative
- The investor deposits the investment amount and in return for a receipt from Banque Misr
- The subscription price is based on the investment certificate net asset value calculated at the end of the subscription day
- The net asset value will be published in all Banque Misr branches and on the Fund’s website every week and will be published in Al Ahram newspaper on the third working day of every week.
- The investor will receive a statement every 3 months stating the number of investment certificates in his possession and its value based on the last published net asset value.
*The Fund is in the process of appointing other marketing agents to receive subscription and redemption forms. This will be announced once contracts are signed |
